Ahh - Circle Strategy ("Ahh", "the app") is a game for iPhone, iPad, and Android developed by Justin Heintz. This policy explains what information the app uses and why. The short version: Ahh has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your game progress stays on your device, and the only data that leaves it goes to the ad provider (Google AdMob) and to Apple or Google for leaderboards and purchases.
We (the developer) do not collect, store, or sell any personal information. Ahh does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal details, and it does not send your gameplay data to any server we operate.
Your progress (unlocked level, stats, streaks), settings (sound, selected theme), and skip credits are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app removes this data.
The free version of Ahh shows banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
On iOS, the app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your advertising identifier can be used. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they won't be personalized using that identifier. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Google settings.
Buying No Ads turns off ads, and with them AdMob's ad requests. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you're signed in to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), Ahh submits your highest level and earned achievements to that service so they can appear on leaderboards. Your player name and scores are handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. We only see what those services display publicly on the leaderboard.
Purchases (No Ads, theme packs, and skip packs) are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your name, payment details, or billing address. The app only checks with the store whether an item has been purchased so it can unlock it.
Ahh is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we'll help address it.
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
